About the event
This practice isn’t just about dancing—it’s about healing, releasing what no longer serves you, and embracing a more embodied, present, and free version of yourself. Flow Dance Meditation invites you to unlock your body’s rhythm and move with intention, finding flow and freedom through the fusion of movement and music.
Additionally, you can book our SSH Floating Soundbath for an entire evening of self-discovery and relaxation. The Somatic SoundWave Healing Floating Soundbath is available online for 29 August, starting at 7pm. Each event can be booked separately.
